How to Convert Outlook Files to Text ?
To convert Outlook files to text just follow the few steps that are given below:
- Launch Outlook Conversion - Go to Start» Programs» Outlook Conversion» Outlook Conversion.
- Convert configured Outlook Mailboxes is selected by default. Click Export Mailbox button to start the process to convert Outlook files to text.
- Click Export Mailbox button to export Outlook files (If you want to convert any other Outlook file to text then select Convert Other PST file option before it). Then software displays the Outlook files and folders.
- Now select the folders that you want to convert. You can select multiple folders at a time and convert them to text format.
- Then click Start Conversion button to convert Outlook files to text and after select the location at you want to save your Outlook files in txt format and click on OK button.
- Now the software will display “Convert Outlook Mailbox” window to select the saving file formats.
