Convert PST to MSG with Outlook Email Conversion Tool

By Converting PST to MSG , those MSG files can be used for forensic mail archiving ok MS Outlook email messages.

  • Open SysTools Outlook Conversion. Go to Programs » SysTools Outlook Conversion » SysTools Outlook Conversion , Software will display the following screen:

Convert PST to EML

  • By default, Convert configured Outlook Mailboxes will be selected. Then click Export Mailbox button to start the process to export or to convert Outlook mailboxes to MSG.
  • If you want to convert any other PST file or orphan PST file to MSG file, then select Convert Other PST file, browse the location of Orphan PST file and Click Export Mailbox button.
  • Then software will display all the Outlook items as follows:

  • Then click Start Conversion button to convert Outlook mailbox to MSG. Software will ask the location to save converted PST file as follows:

  • Then software will display Convert Outlook Mailbox window to select the saving file formats or saving option as follows:

  • To convert Outlook mailbox to MSG format, choose Save as .MSG and click Convert Outlook Mailbox button.
  • SyTools Outlook Conversion will save all the Outlook email folders in one folder in the selected location as " Converted Outlook PST".
